Robert Whitman was quoted in an October 1 story from Compliance Week, "Sexual harrassment legislation gaining momentum at state level," on how New York employers must provide all of their employees with interactive sexual harassment prevention training by Jan. 1, 2019. Whitman said that sophisticated employers have been doing training of this nature for many years.
