"I help clients navigate the morass of health care regulations to design and develop businesses that can be successful in a changing industry."

More About Adam

As part of a highly regulated industry, health care providers face new regulations, heavy enforcement, and challenges with reimbursement. Adam helps health care providers navigate the roadblocks of regulations, potential investigations, and enforcement. He provides creative solutions to his clients in a changing industry with no one-size-fits-all solutions.

Adam has served many types of providers within the health care space, including facilities, physicians and other professionals, and ancillary service providers such as pharmacies and laboratories. He also works with startup ventures, entrepreneurial individuals and groups, and provider joint ventures.

Adam has worked on a wide array of regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, Stark/Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, and state law issues. In addition, he often helps clients with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and developing complex organizational and contractual structures for innovative ventures.

In the last 10 years, Adam has handled dozens of transactions in the health care space, ranging in size up to $1 billion. He has been a part of the defense of multiple False Claims Act investigations in almost every sector of the health care industry.

Adam enjoys working with his Seyfarth colleagues, whom he describes as “friendly, accomplished, and dedicated to excellence.”
