Andrew’s experience provides him with a strong foundation in labor and employment law. During law school, he externed with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, where he gained insight into the investigation and litigation processes for violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act. Additionally, he gained valuable experience litigating in federal court as part of the University of California Davis School of Law’s Civil Rights Clinic.
Andrew enjoys the ever-changing nature of labor and employment law. He pays careful attention to cutting-edge developments in laws and regulations that impact employers.
