More About Anne

Clients turn to Annie for her creative and methodical approach to claims pending in both state and federal tribunals. She also provides advice to clients on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and avoidance of litigation under those laws.

Annie's litigation practice is multifaceted. Her broad-based experience affords her the opportunity to analyze each case from a high level, and tailor the appropriate response. She values collaboration, as seen in her recent work on four connected alleged whistleblower matters before OSHA. Her collaboration with the client has allowed her to take a nuanced and holistic approach to the matters.
As a member of the Trade Secrets, Computer Fraud & Non-Competes practice group, Annie counsels clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenant agreements in jurisdiction across the country. In addition to counseling clients, when necessary, Annie litigates claims of trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and breach of restrictive covenant agreements. She is a regular contributor to Seyfarth’s Trading Secrets Blog.

Annie represents consumer banks and financial services companies in high-stakes disputes in the courts and before government authorities challenging the legality of their products and services, corporate practices, and regulatory adherence. She routinely defends class actions, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, and individual cases with systemic exposure for national banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, credit card issuers, short-term lenders, student lenders, and large national retailers pending in state and federal courts across the nation

Annie advises and defends corporations, officers, and directors in connection with securities litigation, shareholder derivative actions, and other complex commercial disputes.

To enhance her service to clients, Annie uses Seyfarth's broad array of technology tools and solutions. For example, Annie provides real-time updates through the Seyfarth Link platform for clients with large portfolios of work.

Annie enjoys collaborating with other Seyfarth attorneys from around the globe. As a member of several cross-office teams, she provides representation to Fortune 100 companies on a wide range of matters across multiple jurisdictions.
