More About Brian

Employers face challenges every day both in and out of the courtroom, ranging from determining a company's internal policies to defending against litigation filed by prior employees. Brian helps clients navigate these difficult challenges by providing advice and counsel on employment matters and defending clients in a broad range of employment-related litigation in both state and federal courts.

As a former US Army captain, who understands the practical considerations that employers face in managing people, Brian brings practical perspective and an understanding that legal advice and business must work in tandem, and not at odds with one another.

Brian provides advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment issues, and defends employers against employment-related claims in state and federal court. In addition, Brian has extensive experience in non-compete and trade secrets litigation.

Brian leverages Seyfarth's extensive advanced technological offerings to tackle client issues, improve work efficiency, and create practical approaches to address client concerns. He loves helping clients deal with thorny employment matters, and working toward a resolution for those challenges.
