More About Craig

Multiparty litigation matters are, by nature, extremely complex and require careful handling of documentation and databases. Craig has more than 20 years of experience in handling large document, multiparty litigation matters, including class action employment-based, occupational safety and health, environmental, and toxic tort matters.

In Craig's role as senior litigation paralegal for the Labor & Employment, Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Compliance, Enforcement & Permitting, and Commercial Litigation practice groups, he creates large document image databases that are used extensively in the trial and discovery phases of proceedings. For example, he created such databases for:

  • A matter involving hundreds of store managers at a large national chain store
  • A matter involving dozens of parties working to settle liability in a Superfund case
  • A matter involving the alleged chemical contamination of a facility property, which more than 30 years allegedly contaminated a residential neighborhood

Craig is an author and managing editor of several books, including the Pearson Prentice Hall Legal Series titles Essentials of Environmental Law, 3rd ed. (2007), and Computer-Aided Legal Research (CALR) on The Internet (2006). Craig has also spoken on occupational safety and health law, environmental law, and internet legal resource topics at the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Expo and other professional conferences and webinars.
