More About Honore

Employers face both legal and practical challenges in attracting, retaining, training, developing, and firing their workforce. Clients look to Honore for guidance, legal and otherwise, on how to meet all challenges of the employment life cycle.

Honore has a broad range of experience in drafting employment-related documents, implementing policies, litigating employment disputes, and counseling companies on employment matters relating to buying and selling companies, as well as other corporate change in control matters. This gives him a unique perspective when providing advice on discrete matters that may have a broader impact on his clients' operations and legal needs. Honore has seen the life cycle of an employment relationship play out many times over a career focused solely on labor and employment matters.

Honore spends large portions of his practice talking directly with business professionals involved in crafting and implementing company-wide policies, as well as the day-to-day employees on the ground. These experiences provide him with an understanding of the "real world" consequences of the counseling, drafting, and advice he provides. They also sharpen his ability to provide useful and legally sound solutions to matters his clients may be facing.

At Seyfarth, Honore loves working closely with businesses, in-house counsel, and his colleagues to craft and implement practical solutions to labor and employment matters. He is most excited when his clients, regardless of their size, can concentrate on growing their business knowing that their legal needs have been met. When not in the office, Honore enjoys engaging with the broader community through watching and playing soccer, and spreading the positive benefits soccer can have on youth. Honore has a particular soft spot for Atlanta United, Manchester United, and Soccer in the Streets.
