• Represented a land owner in the negotiation and sale of 3,700 continuous acres in Palm Beach County, Florida.
• Represented an investment and property management firm in its acquisition of the condominium building in Tampa, Florida for the purchase price of over $40 million.
• Represented a private commercial bank in its sale of land with two landmark downtown Miami buildings to an investment, management and leasing firm for approximately $24.6 million.
• Represented a real estate development and construction company in its sale of the 160,000-square-foot retail plaza in Coral Springs, Florida for $33.7 million.

• Represented a hospitality entrepreneur in connection with negotiating several upscale restaurant leases in Miami, Florida.
• Represented a real estate investment and development company in connection with the negotiation of several leases in upscale shopping centers in Florida and other states.
• Represented a real estate investment management group in connection with negotiating retail leases in a 179,000-square-foot retail center located in Coral Springs, Florida.
• Represented an embassy of a foreign country in the U.S. in connection with the office leasing matters.

• Represented national and regional real estate developers in matters concerning the acquisition, development, construction and operation of small- and large-scale residential and mixed-use condominium and planned developments, including drafting and customizing condominium and homeowners association documents.
