She counsels clients in disputes across a wide spectrum of issues, with a particular focus on franchise, distribution, and antitrust matters.
Jessica also has significant experience with real estate litigation, having developed strategies for successfully resolving commercial and residential real estate, land use and zoning disputes in Superior Court and Land Court and before municipal boards. Jessica has also litigated contractual disputes on behalf of employers, insurers, and other entities in employment, consumer financial services, tax, and complex commercial disputes.
