More About Kristen

Employers face sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, and retaliation lawsuits every day. Even before these matters become lawsuits, human resource departments often deal with complaints from employees. Kristen is a trusted advisor in the area of internal investigations, and has helped employers conduct impartial investigations to improve workplace dynamics and even avoid lawsuits. She provides guidance before litigation, and is also experienced in defending single-plaintiff, wage-and-hour, and pay equity lawsuits.

Kristen is empathetic and a people person, and this allows her to connect with employees during internal investigations to really help them feel heard in the process. She has a unique ability to understand the employee's perspective, which helps in formulating legal advice in both an investigation or a lawsuit setting.

Kristen shifted her focus to employee investigations and single-plaintiff cases because she understands people, and can simplify complex situations. As a litigator, Kristen has successfully settled matter pre-litigation for a variety of employers, and has won on summary judgment.

"I love connecting with my clients and becoming their trusted advisor."
