More About Leonardo

During the life cycle of ownership of an asset, commercial real estate transactions can be challenging at many points—acquisition, financing, title challenges, tenant issues, and the ultimate disposition of an asset. Clients look to Leonardo for tailored, practical solutions that help them achieve their business objectives.

Leonardo focuses on representing investors, developers, financial institutions, family offices, and other institutional investors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions—including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. He has also represented lenders, lead arrangers, and borrowers in capital markets transactions, such as acquisitions and leveraged financings, asset-based financings, and syndicated credit facilities secured by large multistate real estate portfolios. Additionally, he has served in-house in the mortgage banking group of a large financial institution.

Leonardo enjoys being able to see his clients’ vision come to fruition—from plans, to marketing collateral, and the tangible brick and mortar.
