More About Lisa

In an ever-changing landscape of labor and employment laws that affect small and big businesses alike, Lisa keeps her clients aboveboard, and avoids costly litigation where possible. When necessary, she recommends strategies to help those clients secure the results they desire when litigation, or even an investigation, is unavoidable.

Lisa has worked on large and complex class actions, both in the discrimination and wage-and-hour space. She partners closely with her clients' human resources representatives to establish best practices for their employees, and avoid risk of litigation or action.

Lisa also has experience advising employers in all aspects of their employee and personnel relations. This includes development of employee manuals, policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations. She is ready to hit the ground running when staffed on a case.

Keeping in mind their needs for their brand purpose, Lisa assists large clients in sensitive situations, moving along their cases with the strongest defense possible.

Lisa enjoys her Seyfarth practice because it allows her to interact with businesses and employees from near and far and from all walks of life. She says, "It's like being in business school, getting a snapshot into every client's business, and learning so much about their different industries.”
