Now more than ever, clients face rapidly changing benefit plan compliance obligations, as well as challenges related to implementation and communications with employees. Lisa helps identify and solve each client’s particular legal challenge and address other potential legal issues.

Lisa focuses on the legal matters of health and other welfare and related benefits. She has counseled clients of all sizes on benefit plan administration and compliance, such as reporting, disclosure obligations, and other communications.

For nearly 10 years, Lisa worked in-house in employee benefits and human resources departments. Having worked “on the inside,” she draws from her valuable insights and practical understanding of the legal challenges that clients face. Lisa takes the time to understand her clients’ particular compliance issues or challenges so that they can find the right legal solutions.

Lisa enjoys employee benefits law because she has the opportunity to make a real impact on real people.
