He represents sellers, purchasers, tenants, owners, and property managers, with an emphasis on hospitality and retail, in sales, acquisitions, financings, and leasing matters.
Marcus has extensive knowledge and experience in managing high-volume deal flow. He structures, drafts, and negotiates leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial agreements. Additionally, he counsels clients on lease interpretation, brokerage, property management, construction, and title matters.
