Meghan M.McBerry

As a commercial litigator, Meghan’s experience lies in navigating the adversarial process in order to reach a favorable outcome for her clients.

More About Meghan

Meghan’s primary experience is with complex commercial litigation, handling disputes regarding trade secrets, restrictive covenants, contracts, property, personal injury, and constitutional law.  Though she typically works for the defense, she has experience representing plaintiff’s side as well. Her experience includes researching law, drafting motions, and engaging in the discovery process.

Rather than simply assisting clients with their current disputes, Meghan seeks to keep businesses, whether she represents them or not, appraised of current trends in the law.  As such, she has authored several blog posts on topics such as trade secret misappropriation and call recording statutes.

While in law school, Meghan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elizabeth D. Laporte, at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
