More About Raymond
Raymond helps his clients navigate the risks and challenges of transactions involving commercial real estate in a rapidly changing environment—from the cradle to the grave.
In addition to representing clients in their core real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, finance, leasing, management, and operation of all asset classes (including retail, multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects), Raymond also collaborates with them on their multidisciplinary teams to optimize and execute high-volume projects by reimagining processes to maximize efficiency, reduce errors, and improve outcomes.
Raymond contributes to the firm's real estate, blockchain, and international practices. Previous international consulting experience exposed Raymond to different operational and strategic business approaches across several industries. He takes an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to the practice of law, and utilizes technology, new developments, and his knowledge to deliver practical solutions to complex problems.
According to Raymond, "The more unusual, novel, and nontraditional the request—the better."
