Seth focuses on transactional real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, commercial leasing, and cooperative and condominium representation. He regularly provides legal assistance for real estate transactions both locally and across the US.

Seth advises clients on all aspects of major real estate and manages the legal matters of transactions for numerous property owners, developers, generational real estate families, and an array of investors regarding the acquisition, construction, financing, and disposition of multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, shopping centers, commercial and retail buildings and bulk commercial and residential cooperative and condominium units. Seth also has experience in all facets of commercial lending transactions from inception through closing.

Seth brings strong experience with respect to New York cooperative and condominium law, and is a member of the firm’s Condominiums and Cooperatives practice. He serves as general counsel to a number of cooperatives and condominiums in New York City. Seth has experience handling the legal matters of apartment corporations’ commercial leasing, construction contracts, and underlying mortgage financings. He collaborates with the condominium and cooperatives employment and litigation attorneys to assist clients with every legal aspect of governance and operations.

In addition, Seth is experienced in handling all legal aspects of commercial leasing transactions. He regularly represents landlords, tenants, and subtenants throughout the US in connection with all property types, including office buildings, restaurants, and retail space.
