More About Tieranny
While her primary practice area is business immigration, Tieranny has worked with many other immigration matters, including family-based petitions, inadmissibility waivers, defensive and affirmative asylum applications, representation of unaccompanied children, and removal defense. She has also represented naturalization applicants before USCIS, and focused on assisting clients eligible for exceptions and accommodations. In addition, she has worked on high volume UK inbound matters, assisting Fortune 100 companies with employment-based applications falling under the scope of the UK Points Based System. Her vast experience enables her to look beyond standard US employment-based options to provide holistic immigration and global mobility recommendations to corporate and individual clients.
Tieranny's professional and academic experience outside the US has provided her with unique insight to the challenges that employers who work with international resources encounter. Having experienced the immigration process itself on multiple occasions, she has experienced many of these challenges on a personal level and channels this experience to relate to her clients and their foreign national employees.
