The EEOC Initiated Litigation: Case Law Developments in 2012 and Trends to Watch for in 2013 is available in e-book format for the first time. The book can be viewed on most mobile devices (Apple and Android) as well as desktop and laptop computers. Please follow the instructions for the device you are using.

Apple (iPhone and iPad) Users:

You can view the book using iBooks or the Kobo reader. If you do not have either one of these readers installed on your mobile device please use one of the links at the bottom of this page to download.

From your device, click the button below to download the e-Book (.epub file)

Note: Most iPhone or iPad users will not have to download a reader as iBooks is standard on these devices and the download should happen automatically.

Android (SmartPhone and Tablet) Users:

From your device, click the button below to download the e-Book (.epub file)


  • If needed, download the e-Book reader application Kobo by clicking here  
  • Once the download is complete, open Kobo app on your device 
  • Tap on the left hand top corner button which says "Home"
  • Select "Library" from the drop down menu
  • You will be prompted to either Login or Sign Up (new users, please register)
  • Tap on the Menu button on your phone (button with "3 vertical lines")
  • Select "Import Content" from the drop down list
  • In "Import Content" dialog select "START"
  • List of saved e-Book files will be displayed
  • Select "EEOC Initiated Litigation" from the list and tap on "IMPORT CONTENTS"
  • The e-Book will be imported to the your Kobo library.
  • Tap on the e-Book from the library to read.


PC or Mac Desktop Users  

To view the e-book on an laptop or desktop computer, you will need to download the e-reader Adobe Digital Editions.

  • Click here to go to the download for Adobe Digital Editions.  http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/  (choose your operating system for the proper download)
  • Click the button below to download the e-Book file (Click "Save" on the window that pops up).

  • If it is not already open, launch Adobe DigitalEditions from your computer.
  • Choose the "File --> Add to Library" from the top menu navigation.
  • Browse for the e-Book file you just saved on your local drive (file name: EEOCInitiatedLitigation.epub) and click OK. The e-Book will load.
  • Double click on the e-Book image to open it.
