Jay Gitles, partner in the Chicago office, will be presenting at the upcoming International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate Fall Forum.  The presentation, Landlord versus Tenant - The letter of Intent Battle, will feature two, two-person teams comprised of brokers and lawyers, who represent the landlord's and tenant's perspective.  The teams will share their views and tips on how to negotiate a letter of intent to lease commercial space.
