Design-Build for Federal Facilities Conference

Bennett Greenberg, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office, will be presenting Session 3A – Bridging Documents, Performance and Prescriptive Specifications – How Do They Alter the Liability of Design-Build Participants? at the upcoming Design-Build Institute of America conference. 

His presentation will discuss the government's use of bridging documents, performance specifications and prescriptive specifications in defining the project's scope and use of these documents.
