Sara Beiro Farabow speaks about the new ConsensusDOCS at COAA's Conference

Sara Beiro Farabow spoke about the new ConsensusDOCS at the Fall Owners Leadership Conference of Construction Owners Association of America, Inc. (COAA) held November 14-17, 2007 in Las Vegas. Sara has been serving as COAA's representative to ConsensusDOCS, an innovative collaboration of 21 organizations united in the goal of publishing balanced standard construction contracts and forms. The first edition of the ConsensusDOCS was released on September 28, 2007. Sara also explained the purpose of the ConsensusDOCS guidebook, which provides an overview of the main contracts and forms as well as various project-specific considerations for modification.
