Darren serves as chair of the International Employment Law department, and as managing partner of Seyfarth’s Melbourne and Sydney offices. Darren is prominent in advising major employers when the stakes are high—in a dispute with a senior executive, managing a sensitive workplace complaint, setting collective bargaining strategies, responding to industrial action, and or executing on major workplace change projects. Darren has expertise in executive contracts and remuneration and handling disputes relating to the termination of executive employees.
