The Milan team brings deep expertise in Italian employment and labor law, paired with the cross-border reach that multinational employers increasingly require. Our work spans complex employment litigation, M&A and pre-merger union consultations, collective redundancy procedures, industrial relations strategy, agency worker and permanent employee classification, social insurance contribution disputes, and day-to-day advisory. The team also advises on emerging regulatory compliance, including implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which Italy was among the first member states to transpose into law.

We have represented global consumer, technology, and aviation businesses in high-stakes employment litigation and advisory matters, with successful outcomes at every level of the Italian court system and experience advocating before the European Court of Justice.
