More About Jenny

Jenny's knowledge of project management principles, in combination with her Lean Six Sigma training and experience, complements her knowledge of the legal industry to successfully lead projects in partnership with firm attorneys and clients.

Jenny draws upon nearly 20 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, business analyst, and paralegal to deliver increased value to clients. She shares a wealth of experience in not only the legal industry, but also has a diverse background in technical, managerial, and financial areas.

Jenny has led a variety of firmwide, interdepartmental, and cross-functional projects, including legal process mapping, client-attorney case management improvement, and other internal and external SeyfarthLean initiatives. Under SeyfarthLean Consulting, Jenny successfully managed multimillion-dollar, large-scale, cross-continent programs, including the following for the Royal Bank of Canada:

  • Program and project management support to a large, multiyear regulatory-driven program wherein the team was required to subsidiarize, and sometimes amalgamate, the RBC Caribbean operations in the Bahamas, Barbados, Turks and Caicos, the Cayman Islands, and the Eastern Caribbean islands
  • Program and project management support to a multiyear, multicountry rebranding program wherein RBTT branches, offices, ATMs, etc., were rebranded with the RBC brand. This project encompassed regulatory approvals and the coordination of multiple internal groups and external vendors, including local law firms, advertising agencies, signage vendors, etc. At one point, the subsidiarization and rebranding initiatives met in the same countries which required even more coordination and communication in order to complete on time and without duplication of efforts or multiple touch points with regulatory agencies.
  • Project and process management support on the transfer of a multimillion-dollar investment portfolio from Aruba and Curacao to New York and creation of a local system to manage a run-off book of local securities in order to sunset a technology platform, and provide better investment offerings for the clients
  • Project and process management support on the creation and operationalization of a mobile sales force in multiple Caribbean countries in order to increase RBC presence and sales in the automotive and mortgage areas
  • Process management support on the Canadian 240 process, in which locally hired counsel and internal RBC counsel sought to improve their coordination efforts on the filing and handling of 240 claims
  • Trained on the Project Management Framework (PMF) of RBC/RBTT and works closely with the project management office in Trinidad. Certified under RBC's Agile Project Management Framework (AMF) out of Toronto.
