Mr. Orzano is an associate in the Litigation Department in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and initiating and responding to lawsuits, through trial.  He has litigated matters in California state and federal district and bankruptcy courts.  He has also represented clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings and assisted with internal investigations.  Mr. Orzano also has experience with alternative dispute resolution. 

Mr. Orzano has served clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, aviation, pharmaceutical, technology, construction, and insurance.  He has served clients involved in disputes regarding environmental, products liability, franchise operations, construction, commercial lending, securities and employment matters and advised insurers on coverage and claims handling issues.
