Which employees are covered, what conditions are covered, and what medical certifications you can require.

When an employer can obtain a medical examination, and what accommodations are required.

Problems with intermittent leave, long term absences, requests for work schedule changes and telecommuting.

The new military leave requirements, and special statutes like DC FMLA, DC paid leave, and Maryland's special leave laws
