Seyfarth Represents Scully Company on its First Acquisition in Massachusetts

Seyfarth’s Boston office represented Scully Company, a Philadelphia-based family generational real estate company, on its first acquisition in Massachusetts. Scully acquired a $40 million multi-family property in Haverhill, Massachusetts known as “The Bixby”.

The Seyfarth team included Mike Dowley, Jen Bottary, Rob Edgerton, Shaun Mark, Alonso Cisneros, and John Tully.
