Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a March 24 story from Law360 on a recent U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General report which says that Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas created the impression of special treatment in the EB-5 visa program for immigrant investors.
