Daniel Sternthal quoted by The Texas Tribune, “In Wealthy ZIP Codes, Freestanding ERs Find A Home”

Daniel Sternthal was quoted in an August 21 story from The Texas Tribune on the more than 160 freestanding emergency facilities, which are independent of hospitals, that have cropped up around Texas since 2010, when they were first permitted. Sternthal said thinks it satisfies a certain need, and as the industry matures, you’re going to see it broaden into more and more communities.
