Biography
Ms. Burns is a partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She concentrates her practice in representing businesses, real estate investors, developers, landlords, tenants and individual property owners in all areas of commercial real estate. A substantial portion of Ms. Burns' practice is centered on real estate acquisition and development (including zoning, permitting and title matters), financing and commercial leasing of all types. She has also assisted clients in 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback negotiations, joint ventures and loan defeasance.
