Ms. Morady is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Environmental Safety & Toxic Torts Practice Group, Ms. Morady focuses her practice on environmental and OSHA litigation and regulatory compliance counseling.

As part of the Green Marketing Compliance Team, she actively tracks the legal landscape of FTC enforcement and consumer class actions pertaining to “green washing” and related claims, such as “natural” ingredient claims for food manufacturers.  She has also helped clients evaluate marketing materials for compliance with the FTC green guides.

Ms. Morady also has experience defending clients against whistleblower allegations arising under numerous federal laws including FAA, OSHA, and MSHA statutes.
