Biography
Mr. Dowley is an associate in the Corporate Department in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice focuses on banking, finance, real estate and corporate matters. He represents institutional clients in commercial finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions, traditional working capital and equipment loan facilities, structured real estate financings, and workouts/restructurings. Mr. Dowley also counsels several companies in connection with formation issues, corporate finance, licensing, M&A and other general corporate needs.
Mr. Dowley is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Real Estate Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association. In 2010 he was selected to participate in the Boston’s Future Leaders program by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dowley is also a member of the Young Professionals Group of Horizons for Homeless Children.
