Robert provides clients with effective advice to prevent industrial injuries, mitigate damages, and contain them within the workers' compensation venue of law.

More About Robert

Robert counsels employers on solutions to problems in the fields of workers' compensation and labor management. Workers' compensation is part of the fabric of labor management—if not properly managed, it can cross over into other more costly fields, such as civil litigation and statutory violations involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Robert's practice has been at all levels of the judicial process, from arbitrations to the Supreme Court. He has established networks of attorneys around the country to coordinate a consistent response for the firm's clients. Robert has also assembled a training program for employers to diminish and contain potential liabilities in the field.

Robert began his practice as a union labor attorney before moving to Seyfarth nearly three decades ago. His background on the union side of labor law has enabled him to address the matters and concerns of both sides of the problem.

"I have, over my years at the firm, enjoyed the skills, professionalism, and work ethic of my partners and associates. The support staff is second to none."
