Dawn Lurie Discusses Changes for Employment-Based Visa Programs in 2024 in SHRM

SHRM quoted Dawn Lurie in its article, “Immigration Fees Final Rule Expected in April,” on December 18. Lurie discussed how the Department of Labor (DOL) is considering updating the Schedule A list for occupations where the DOL has determined a shortage exists in the labor market, in which US employers may bypass the labor market test that is currently required to sponsor foreign workers for green cards.
