Chris DeGroff quoted in the National Law Journal, “Steep Drop in EEOC Lawsuits”

Chris DeGroff was quoted in a March 2 story from the National Law Journal on the drop in EEOC settlements in 2014. DeGroff says these numbers do not mean the EEOC has downshifted in any way. He says the EEOC is every bit as aggressive and seeks to be as innovative as it ever has been.
