Brett Bartlett quoted in Bloomberg Law

Brett Bartlett was quoted in a January 29 story from Bloomberg Law, "Courts Get Discovery Guidance for Federal Wage Cases," on how the Federal Judicial Center recently developed a set of protocols for plaintiffs and defendants in wage and hour cases to exchange information and documents early in litigation. Bartlett said that any time you add structure to how a case begins so that parties are forced to exchange information and speak with one another, it becomes more likely that they’ll work together.
