The Impact of Likely Labor Law Reform During Troubled Economic Times: What Employers Need to Know
Please join us for an educational program discussing pending and anticipated recent labor law reforms. Our keynote speaker will be the newly appointed Chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Wilma B. Liebman, whose prior opinions may be an indication of what to expect under a Democratic NLRB. The program will address the following topics concerning union organizing campaign, collective bargaining, and labor management relations.

Keynote Speaker:
Wilma B. Liebman was designated Chairman of the NLRB by President Obama on January 20, 2009. She has served on the Board since November 14, 1997, when she was first appointed by President Clinton. Prior to joining the NLRB, Ms. Liebman served for two years as Deputy Director of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation services (FMCS). She has also served as an attorney for the Teamsters and Bricklayers Unions.
