Teddie Arnold and James Newland to Speak at Federal Publications Seminars’ Government Contracts Week
On May 8-12 in La Jolla, California, Seyfarth attorneys, Teddie Arnold and James Newland, will speak at Federal Publications Seminars’ (FBS) Government Contracts Week, one of FPS’ premier programs.
Teddie will present on False Claims Act, mandatory disclosures, compliance programs, procurement integrity, conflicts of interest, defective pricing, and other topics as part of the Government Contracts Compliance Training Academy. James will cover construction contract changes, changed conditions, suspension, and acceleration claims as part of the Concentrated Course in Construction Contracts.
