Tracy Billows discusses DOL’s FAB on FLSA in SHRM

SHRM quoted partner Tracy Billows in its article, “DOL Explains When FLSA, FMLA Cover Remote Employees” on February 14. Billows said the field assistance bulletin (FAB) reminds us that it is from the worksite where the employee reports or is assigned work rather than the employee’s home that is used to determine the 50-employee threshold within a 75-mile radius.
