Seyfarth’s annual EEOC-Initiated Litigation report was featured in SHRM

Seyfarth’s annual EEOC-Initiated Litigation report was featured in a January 12 story entitled “‘EEO Training Needs Vary by Geography” by SHRM. Authored by lawyers Gerald L. Maatman, Jr., Christopher J. DeGroff, and Matthew J. Gagnon, this year’s report compiles, analyzes, and categorizes the major case filings and decisions involving the EEOC in 2015. Maatman said that location matters when it comes to the number and type of EEOC charges that are filed with the agency.
