Jon Meer Featured in Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal’s Annual Top Labor and Employment Attorneys List

Employment partner Jon Meer was selected by the Daily Journal as one of 75 Top Labor and Employment Attorneys for 2012. In his profile, the Journal focused on Jon’s hands-on approach to determining whether plaintiffs have a valid wage and hour case.

Jon told the Journal that “the only way to test [the validity of a claim] is to really see what the employees are doing and whether it really does take 20 minutes to log onto a computer before a shift starts or that a store is going to be so busy that you’ll never have time for a rest period or that a delivery schedule is so tight you won’t ever have time for a meal period.”
