Howard Wexler quoted in Corporate Counsel

Howard Wexler was quoted in a May 23 story “DC Circuit Knocks NLRB Bid for Attorney Fees” from Corporate Counsel on the question of whether the National Labor Relations Board can force a wrongdoer to pay its costs and attorney fees as punishment after proving that the company violated labor laws. Wexler said that if the board ever did manage to get court approval for charging the opposing party with attorney fees under the NLRA, it would be a windfall for the agency.
