Kerry Friedrichs is counsel in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group.  Ms. Friedrichs’ practice is focused on advising and defending clients with respect to wage and hour issues under California and federal law.  She provides advice and counseling regarding a wide variety of wage and hour compliance matters, including meal and rest period requirements, implementation of alternative work schedules, development of payroll and timekeeping systems, exempt status determinations, regular rate of pay calculation and other compensation issues.  Her experience includes defense of wage and hour class actions and individual claims.
