Laura WilsonShelby

Laura is the co-chair of the Labor & Employment department in Century City, Los Angeles. Her practice is focused on employment litigation and advice and counsel, with an emphasis on sexual harassment, whistleblowing, and disability discrimination. She also is a trial lawyer, having obtained multiple complete defense verdicts for employers in state and federal court. Laura also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, executive trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Her practice also includes administrative actions and litigation with the EEOC and CRD, as well as the defense of class, collective, and multiplaintiff actions.
