He has 30 years of experience representing  clients across a wide range of industries—with particular strength in health care, hospitality, retail, and logistics/transportation. Chris handles the full spectrum of complex employment litigation, from bet-the-company Rule 23 class actions and Section 216 collective actions to EEOC-initiated systemic cases and large-scale multiplaintiff matters. In these cases  and beyond, he guides clients from pre-suit counseling through trial.

Chris is nationally recognized for his work in large scale and government-initiated litigation and systemic cases, having served aslead trial counsel in many of the  EEOC’s largest and most impactful employment cases around the country. He is a frequent speaker, media commentator, co-editor and author of Seyfarth’s annual EEOC litigation reports. His insights have been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The American Lawyer, and The New York Law Journal, to name a few.

A pioneer in litigation portfolio management, Chris designs custom solutions for platform-wide litigation challenges—leveraging innovative strategies, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technology to help clients mitigate risk, manage cost, and make data-driven decisions. He has helped develop AI-proprietary tools, including charge-tracking systems and discovery protocols, that are now embedded into firmwide practice.

Chris is equally committed to developing talent and sharing knowledge. He builds training programs, mentors rising attorneys, and collaborates with clients’ in-house teams and HR departments to provide practical tools and resources. His leadership within the firm and with clients reflects a deep belief in innovation, partnership, progress, and delivering results.
