Paired with our comprehensive EEOC resource, this program remains the definitive source for understanding EEOC-related actions and anticipating what’s next.

This session covers key litigation trends, notable case law, and strategic priorities shaping the agency’s approach under the current administration. Our presenters - authors of EEOC-Initiated Litigation: 2026 Edition - provide an in-depth analysis of the EEOC’s filings in 2025 and highlight emerging patterns that could impact your organization in the year ahead.
