Samantha is a litigator with a broad base of experience who brings tremendous value to her labor and employment clients.
More About Samantha
Samantha focuses her practice on defending management in single-plaintiff employment litigation. She defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, employment-related torts, and other related matters in administrative, state, and federal court proceedings and arbitration. After starting her career in general commercial and insurance defense litigation, she brings a range of litigation experience that provides her with a fulsome understanding of litigation, and shapes her approach to defending her clients.
Samantha enjoys an active pro bono practice with the support of the firm. She is a member of the Pro Bono Committee for the Washington, DC, office and works with the DC Bar Pro Bono Center, volunteering at legal clinics for low-income DC residents. She also regularly assists nonprofit organizations with labor and employment matters.
While in law school, she served as an intern to Judge Leon J. Lombardi (Ret.) of the Massachusetts Land Court and as the business managing editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Samantha enjoys an active pro bono practice with the support of the firm. She is a member of the Pro Bono Committee for the Washington, DC, office and works with the DC Bar Pro Bono Center, volunteering at legal clinics for low-income DC residents.
