Samantha Brooks Earns WCL Justice Impact Award for Pro Bono Service

Seyfarth Labor & Employment associate Samantha L. Brooks has been awarded the 2026 Justice Impact Award in the Law Firm category by the Washington Council of Lawyers for her outstanding commitment to pro bono service and expanding access to justice.

Brooks was recognized for her sustained volunteer work with the DC Bar Pro Bono Center’s Advice & Referral Clinic, where she has volunteered nearly every month and serves as an employment law mentor to fellow volunteer attorneys. By sharing her experience on issues including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages, Brooks helps strengthen the clinic’s ability to provide meaningful legal guidance to low-income DC residents.

She also serves on Seyfarth’s Washington, DC Pro Bono Committee and provides labor and employment assistance to nonprofit organizations.
