Seyfarth Employer & Workplace Trends Flash Survey – 6 Months Into COVID-19

As we continue to work to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information on COVID-19 and the Remote Workforces landscape, we are again taking an opportunity to collect real-time perspectives from employers who are navigating this unprecedented situation.

To that end, we have created a brief survey which should take no more than a few minutes to complete.

We plan to share the results so you can get a sense of how fellow employers and companies are currently managing their remote workforces, along with an understanding of how workplace conflicts are being settled.

Insights gleaned from the results will include:

• Trends regarding the change in size of remote workforces and how companies have shifted their approach to managing these workers over the last six months
• Benchmarks on how newly remote employees feel about their new work situation and how employee productivity levels have changed since moving to a remote work environment
• An overview of the most common legal claims filed since March 2020 and how employers are approaching the management of these claims
• Analysis concerning employer participation in various remote legal proceedings and their overall experience during these proceedings
